Improving my skills in this subject has become important because I want to enhance my overall fitness and flexibility through yoga. I am looking for a yoga instructor who can provide classes at My Home and I am even willing to travel around Budigere Cross Bommenahalli Village, Bangalore. I'm a Male between 22-50 years old. While I'm Not Sure which yoga style suits me best, my main purpose is General Fitness and achieving Better flexibility. I plan to start yoga classes Immediately.
