Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to My Home in Bilekahalli, Bangalore. My goal is General Fitness, to boost energy levels, improve flexibility and potentially delve into Yoga Philosophy/ Yoga Sutra Studies, and boost immunity. I'm a Male in the 22-50 years old age group. I'm not entirely sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, so guidance would be appreciated. I'd like to start Immediately.
