Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to provide classes at my home in Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore. I'm a male, above 50 years old, and hoping to find someone who can help me with increased energy, general fitness, stress relief, improve immunity and remedy for body pains.
