Developing a strong foundation in Tai Chi has become my priority to improve my overall physical and mental well being. I am currently searching for an experienced instructor to conduct sessions in Bellandur, Bangalore. While I am happy to travel to a nearby studio or training space, I am also open to sessions at my own home if that is feasible for the right trainer. My goal is to begin these classes within a month and I am looking for someone who can provide clear guidance and structured practice.
