As a female student above 50 years of age, I am specifically interested in learning Yoga Meditation to improve my overall General Fitness and well-being. It is important that the trainer understands the needs of my age group and can provide personalized guidance to help me progress safely. I am looking to start these Yoga Classes immediately and would prefer someone who can visit my residence regularly.
