I am currently looking for an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor to help me explore Yoga Meditation and the deeper aspects of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies. As a male student aged between 22 to 50 years old, my primary goal is to improve my general fitness while gaining a better understanding of yogic traditions. I am based in Chandra Layout, Bangalore, and I am very flexible with the learning format as I am open to attending classes at my home, traveling to your studio, or participating in online classes. I am planning to start these sessions within a month and would love to find a teacher who can provide personalized guidance.
