As a male student aged between 14 and 21 years old, I am eager to start my practice immediately to find relief from daily academic pressure. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a teacher who can assess my needs and guide me through the best techniques for relaxation and mental clarity. I am based in Uttarahalli Bangalore and am flexible with the location, as I am happy to learn at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio for sessions.
