I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct sessions for my son who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. Since he is still growing, my main goal is to improve his general fitness and build better flexibility through regular practice. We are based in Harlur, Bangalore and I am looking for a tutor who can provide sessions at my home. I am currently exploring different options and yoga styles as I am not sure which specific style would suit him best yet.
