I am looking for an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am currently looking for guidance as I am not sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best. I prefer sessions to be conducted at my home in Aavalahalli Virgonagar, Bangalore, but I am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary.
