I am looking for an experienced Athletic Trainer to help me improve my fitness levels and reach my health goals. I currently reside in Basaveshwara Nagar Bangalore and am searching for a qualified professional to guide my training sessions. While I am not sure yet about starting a full Personal Trainer plan, I am currently just wanting to look at various options and understand how a professional can help me progress. As a male student, I prefer someone who is knowledgeable and can accommodate my schedule.
