As a female student above 50 years of age, I am seeking a professional who can guide me through a safe and effective practice. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am looking for expert guidance to improve my overall wellbeing and flexibility. I am very motivated to begin my journey and plan to start yoga classes immediately. I am happy to facilitate sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required.
