I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old and would appreciate a trainer who can guide me through effective routines tailored to my fitness goals. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I am open to suggestions from an experienced professional. Regarding the logistics, I am located in Vijaya Bank Layout, Bangalore.
