As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can provide guidance at my home in Whitefield Bangalore or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. My primary goals for these sessions include finding a remedy for body pains, weight loss, improving my immunity, and achieving better flexibility. I am also looking to increase my daily energy levels and find effective stress relief through regular practice.
