I am a female student and I need someone who can provide professional guidance and create a customized workout plan for me. Since I am looking to start my sessions immediately, I would appreciate a trainer who is ready to take on new clients right away. Regarding the preferred location, I reside in a gated community in JP Nagar, Bangalore, and I am also willing to travel to a nearby gym or fitness studio if required.
