I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor in HSR Layout Bangalore to help me reach my health goals. I am a male student between 22 and 50 years old and I am ready to start my practice immediately. My main focus is to find a teacher who can guide me through Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga techniques. I am interested in these sessions to achieve stress relief, find a remedy for body pains, improve my general fitness, and experience increased energy levels. I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio if that is more convenient.
