I am specifically interested in learning Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga to build strength and flexibility. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am committed to starting these sessions immediately. Although I am based in Doddakallasandra, Bangalore, I am willing to travel to a nearby studio or center to attend classes. It is important that the instructor is well-versed in these styles and can provide guidance tailored to my fitness goals.
