I am actively looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help me with general fitness. As a female student above 50 years of age, I want to incorporate yoga into my routine to improve my overall health and well-being. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am looking for someone who can guide me through the basics effectively. I am based in RMV 2nd Stage Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore and I am willing to travel to your location or discuss training at my home.
