I am currently looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. Since I fall into the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a trainer who can design sessions suited to my physical needs. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate guidance on the best approach to meet my health goals. I am based near Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore, and I am willing to travel to a studio or a personal space for sessions.
