I am currently not sure which specific yoga style would suit me best, so I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through a suitable routine. I am located near Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore, and I am flexible enough to either have you come to my home or I am willing to travel to your studio for sessions.
