I am currently looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. Since I fall into the age group of 22- 50 years old, I am seeking a trainer who can design sessions suitable for my health goals. I am based in Banaswadi, Bangalore and am comfortable with My Home sessions or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. Although I am Not Sure about the specific yoga style, I am open to guidance from an expert to find the right approach. I am very motivated and plan to start Yoga Classes Immediately.
