I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. As a male student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking guidance to achieve a healthier lifestyle and am open to exploring different techniques since I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet. I am based in Nagawara, Bangalore and I am comfortable with both having a trainer come to my home or traveling to a nearby studio if necessary. I am highly motivated and would like to start my yoga classes immediately.
