I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me achieve my general fitness goals through personalized practice. Since I am currently open to different techniques, I am not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance from a professional to determine what works best for my needs. I am a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group and I am looking for sessions at my home in Domlur, Bangalore. I am also willing to travel if that is more convenient for the instructor.
