As a female student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I want to start my wellness journey soon and plan to begin yoga classes within a month. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert recommendations that suit my needs. I would prefer to have the training sessions conducted at my home in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
