I am looking for a professional yoga trainer to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am eager to start my wellness journey. I am flexible with the training setup and am open to online classes, training at my home, or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio in Bellandur, Bangalore. I have not yet decided on a specific style, so I would appreciate guidance on what might work best for my needs.
