My primary goal for these sessions is to find a remedy for body pains, achieve stress relief, improve immunity, increase energy, and gain better flexibility. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately in Kempapura, Bangalore. I am happy to travel to your location or welcome you to my home for the sessions.
