As I am above 50 years old, I am seeking a professional who can guide me through Yoga Meditation, Thai Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. My primary goal for these sessions is to focus on General Fitness, Improve immunity, and Stress Relief. I am flexible with the location as I am willing to travel to your studio or have you visit my home. It is important to me that we plan to start Yoga Classes immediately.
