I am looking for a professional and patient yoga teacher to conduct online classes for me as I am above 50 years of age. I reside in HSR Layout BDA Layout Bangalore and prefer joining online sessions to help manage my health. My primary goal for these sessions is to improve immunity, seek a remedy for body pains, and work on general fitness. I am also hoping to focus on stress relief and weight loss through guided practice. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions that suit my needs. I plan to start yoga classes immediately and would appreciate working with someone who has experience training senior students.
