Being above 50 years old, I am specifically looking for guidance tailored to my age group to ensure my practice is safe and effective. As I am not sure about the specific yoga style that will suit me best, I would appreciate an expert who can assess my needs and guide me accordingly. I am based in Jayanagar Jayanagara 9th Block Bangalore and I am comfortable with either learning at my home or willing to travel for the sessions.
