I am currently looking for a knowledgeable and patient yoga instructor to guide me through intensive Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. As I am a male student above 50 years of age, I need someone who understands the specific needs of my age group and can provide deep insights into these ancient texts. I am based in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore and am quite flexible regarding the session format. I am open to online classes, learning at my home, or even traveling to a nearby studio if it is convenient.
