As a female student above 50 years, I am seeking a practitioner who understands the specific needs of my age group and can provide personalized guidance. I am based in Harlur, Bangalore and am comfortable with My Home sessions or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. It is my goal to start these sessions Immediately to improve my overall wellness and flexibility.
