I am currently looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore to help me improve my overall health. My main goal for these sessions is to work on increased energy and improve immunity. Since I fall into the 22- 50 years old age group, I am looking for a professional who can tailor the practice to my specific needs. I am very flexible regarding the mode of training as I am open to online classes, sessions at my home, or I am willing to travel to your studio. I do not have a preferred yoga style yet and would love your expert guidance. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
