I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to provide professional training sessions at my home in Akshayanagar DLF Newtown Bangalore. My goal is to work with someone who can guide me through general fitness routines while also incorporating yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies into our practice. I am specifically interested in improving my immunity and energy levels while finding effective ways to achieve stress relief. Although I am not sure about the preferred yoga style, I am open to suggestions that suit my age group of 22 to 50 years old. I am ready to start these yoga classes immediately and hope to find a dedicated mentor to support my wellness journey.
