I am currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor to help me improve my overall body flexibility and deepen my understanding of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old and I am eager to start my sessions immediately. Since I am located in Chikkajala, Bangalore, I am happy to travel to your studio or have you visit my home depending on what works best for our practice. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance from a qualified tutor to help me progress.
