I live in Rajajinagar, Bangalore and I am looking for a tutor to conduct sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. Since I am a male in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am focused on achieving better flexibility, finding a remedy for body pains, and achieving effective stress relief. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow, I would appreciate guidance from an expert. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
