I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Gubbalala, Bangalore. As I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a professional who can guide me through a practice focused on general fitness, increased energy, and improving immunity. While I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions that will help me reach my wellness goals. I am a female student and I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month.
