We are a couple in the 22 to 50 years old age group and are eager to begin our wellness journey immediately. Our primary goals for these sessions include improving immunity, increasing energy levels, gaining better flexibility, and achieving general fitness. Since we are not sure about a specific style, we would appreciate a trainer who can guide us effectively. We are open to both online classes and sessions at my home in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
