As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking to practice a variety of styles including Kriya Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. My primary goals are to find a remedy for body pains, increase energy, improve flexibility, achieve stress relief, maintain general fitness, support weight loss, and improve my immunity.
