This is a hands-on role where you may be required to work across administration, social media, website-related tasks, student data, content coordination, and other operational activities. I am a certified Yoga Trainer with 5+ years of experience in teaching yoga professionally. I hold certifications in RYT 500, Prenatal Yoga, Nutrition, Face Yoga, and Pilates. Currently, I am working as a trainer at Bodhi School of Yoga, where I train future yoga instructors. I specialize in online yoga sessions focusing on weight management, flexibility, stress relief, hormonal balance, and prenatal yoga. My teaching style is simple, safe, and suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students. I design personalized yoga sessions based on individual needs and health conditions. I also provide guidance on breathing techniques, relaxation, and lifestyle improvement. My goal is to help you build a consistent and sustainable yoga practice from the comfort of your home.
