I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor in Kothanur Bangalore to help me practice Iyengar Yoga. As I am above 50 years old and specifically seeking a remedy for body pains, I need a trainer who understands therapeutic adjustments and alignment based techniques. I am a female student and I am ready to start these yoga classes immediately. I am flexible regarding the setup as I am comfortable with either learning at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio for the sessions.
