I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to provide professional training in Bikram Yoga to help me achieve better flexibility and improved physical health. My goal is to use these yoga sessions as a primary remedy for body pains and to experience significant stress relief and increased energy levels. I am a male in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am looking to start these sessions within a month. I am based in Benson Town, Bangalore and I am comfortable with either having the tutor visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required.
