As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to find a mentor who can provide high quality online classes. Although I am currently located in Yelahanka, Bangalore, I am specifically looking for online sessions to maintain a consistent practice. I have not yet set a definitive start date as I am currently in the process of looking at all available options to find the best fit for my fitness journey.
