I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to conduct private sessions for a female student aged 5 to 13 years old. My primary goal is to improve general fitness through structured training. I am specifically interested in learning Ashtanga Yoga and would like the trainer to conduct these sessions at my home located on Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore. Since I plan to start yoga classes within a month, I am looking for someone who can help me build a strong foundation and develop a consistent practice.
