As I am currently based in Sadashivnagar Bangalore, I am looking for a trainer who can conduct sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. My goal is to achieve significant fitness results, and I am keen to start my classes immediately. Since I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I need a trainer who can customize the intensity of the Ashtanga practice to suit my needs as a female student.
