As a male student aged between 14 and 21 years old, my primary goal is to practice Ashtanga Yoga to improve my overall immunity. It is very important to me that the tutor is qualified to help me reach a point where I can become a certified yoga instructor myself. I am hoping to start these yoga classes within a month and am looking for someone who can provide structured guidance to help me master the techniques.
