My primary focus is on General Fitness and I am interested in practicing Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga to improve my overall wellbeing. As a male student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a trainer who can provide personalized guidance to help me reach my health goals.
