I'm exploring options for a personal trainer to help me with weight management. I am a female student, and I am open to a trainer who is willing to work with me at my location in C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore, which is a gated community, or I am willing to travel. I'm not sure about the exact start date just yet, as I want to first understand the options available.
