Living in Thanisandra Bangalore, I have decided to opt for online classes to help her improve her overall flexibility, stress relief, and energy levels while also boosting her immunity and general fitness. We are looking for an experienced trainer who can guide her through these goals and specifically assist with a path toward becoming a certified yoga instructor. Although we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet, we aim to begin these sessions within a month.
