I'm looking for an experienced yoga instructor for online classes. I'm based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, and am interested in yoga mainly for general fitness and as a remedy for body pains. My age group is 22-50 years old, and I am female. I'm not entirely sure about a Preferred Yoga Style, so I'm open to suggestions! I'm planning to start Yoga Classes Immediately.
