Since I am above 25 years old, I am seeking an expert who can curate sessions specifically suited for my age group and fitness goals. My current preference is to attend online classes from my home in Battarahalli TC Palya, Bangalore. I am currently in the exploration phase and am not sure when exactly I will start, but I am budgeting between Rs. 3000 to Rs. 6000 monthly for these sessions.
