I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor in Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore who can guide me through a comprehensive practice. Since I am seeking to improve my overall well-being, I need a tutor who is proficient in various styles including Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Raja Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Thai Yoga, and Yoga Meditation. My goal is to work on increased energy, better flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, and improved immunity while also diving deep into Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am willing to travel to my home or a studio nearby. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
